      Pros

      It is the best paid teacher prep program in the area. Possibly in the country. It still doesn't pay much, but you don't have to feel like you are in poverty while learning the job.

      Cons

      Little to no coaching, in part due to frequent leadership turnover. As a CTR, it was pretty much sink or swim.
