Leadership is passive aggressive, school sites are unsafe, comp is very low considering they have all employees work an extra hour, few opportunities for growth

This is very much a clique based environment. They have an issue with compliance when it comes to special education services. Make sure you have read over every single thing you are signing. They will throw you under the bus.
