      Pros

      Taught rigorous content Dedicated teachers Spoiled staff (with materials) 'Mental Health Days" capital teaching residency and all that comes with gaining your credits. passing your test and becoming a teacher while being lead by a great mentor.

      Cons

      LONGGG hours not equal with pay, some teachers really couldn't relate, and inconsistent switches happed. Even with all this, the pros highlight what being a teacher is
