      -Supportive administration -High pay -Sense of community -Emphasis on equity, diversity, and inclusion -They care about teachers and provide us with perks like T-shirts, swag during Teacher Appreciation Week, food, coffee, etc. -Beautiful buildings and classrooms -Access to supplies and resources -Sustainable prep schedule at the high school level -Staff cares about students -KIPP is rebranding itself away from the "no excuses" model and it's refreshing!

      -Long work days (7:30-5:30 PM twice a week; 7:30-4:45 PM three days a week) -Short summer (5 weeks)
