      Work long hours (10 hour work days) and required to be available in evenings and weekends by cell to parents and students. No instructional coach specialist No vacation days - only pre scheduled holiday/ school vacation days

      Pros

      Salary was good and coaching opportunities can sometimes occur.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Principals play favorites and there is a feeling that data is the only thing that matters. Culture is also extremely toxic with principals asking employees for personal information about other employees.
