- cliquey leadership, the only way they will actually listen to you and your feedback is if you are their friend
- the principal is a weak and incompetent leader, lacks managing skills, he runs away his staff (especially black women) due to lack of accountability and poor communication skills, scolds you for asking questions and advocating for yourself
- staff culture is poor and is very tattle tail-y, leadership are all friends so when you are not a part of their group they are intentionally mean and demeaning to the point where you no longer want to give feedback yet the school is supposedly open to feedback
- exploits fellows and their time and effort in the name of flexibility without compensation and gratefulness
- content team leads (especially for math) are purposeless because it does not help deepen content knowledge to further the learning of the students nor does it help develop teachers to be stronger with various teaching strategies
- it is very unclear who you can trust, so watch your back and do not vent even if you angry in the moment because that person will 100% tell on you to leadership or gossip about it
