      The region is always growing so there are always new opportunities.

      Cons

      Since the region has grown rapidly, there aren't always consistent systems that are standardized across every school.

      Pros

      This company respects and cares about all its employees and allows all voices to be heard.

      Cons

      Long hours. They know it is a problem and are trying to come up with solutions but at the end of the day the hours are long and there is always more work to do. But of course it is rewarding work.

      The work itself is meaningful and critical.

      Cons

      The culture was incredibly toxic and it wasn't clear why members of the leadership team were still in place when their performance metrics were poor and they were adding to the cultural dysfunction of the central office. Most of the CEO's leadership team have been replaced so it should be noted that the company has tried to create positive change since I left.
