      The Students are awesome, and the staff love and care about its students.

      Cons

      Longer hours, but you know what you are signing up for, and it ends up being worth it in the long run.

      Reputation, learning experience, good work life balance

      Cons

      Culture is toxic and negative, students are disrespectful as a result of flawed discipline system is strict but students do not understand basic expectations, leadership does not have the trust or respect of their staff and contribute to the toxic environment. As a staff member you can trust very few people, there is favoritism and bias with lack of a transparent and fair evaluation system

      Really supportive co-workers, comprehensive benefits package, nationally recognized school with prestigious background in the charter community, and the kids are great.

      Cons

      Lack of administration support, lack of alignment across grade levels, prioritizing certain classes over others, unprofessional cliqueness among the highest of leaders in school.
