      Pros

      The RO Team is completely in touch with the business. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. Professional, hard-working, top-notch employees.

      Pros

      KIPP MA prioritizes its students and families first, everything that the organization does is centered around student success from an academic and social-emotional perspective. The organization also prioritizes professional development for its teachers and staff members, in some cases leaning on the resources of the KIPP Foundation for these trainings. KIPP's mission, to send its students on to college and achieve of a life of financial sustainability, is great and has seen success over the years.

      Cons

      In some cases there are not opportunities for upward mobility within the organization. The senior leadership team had a high level of turnover for a period of time making the work feel more hectic.
