      Student culture would improve if adult culture was stronger. Very cliquey , hard to tell who you can trust.

      Pros

      Kids are amazing and bring much joy to daily life. Access to curriculum. Co-planning model works well to allow ideas to be shared and revised.

      Cons

      Too much pressure. Kids can't ever just be kids. Poor adult culture. The "coaching" program is flawed and isn't effective. A veteran teacher should not be someone who is at the school for two years.
