      Schedule, summers off, better pay than most charter schools

      Cons

      There is nothing professional about KIPP schools. The chosen curriculum's continue to fail students. Teachers lack support in all regards inside classrooms, with parents, etc. Students will not be held accountable for repeated inappropriate behavior including harming staff and students. They only care about bodies in seats.
