The worst leadership I have ever experienced in my life. They are unwilling to train their leadership and to provide actual support for their teachers. They do NOT care about teacher mental health, wellbeing, or work-life balance. If you are a teacher, I highly warn AGAINST working here. Save yourself the misery.
