Pros

Worked with some truly amazing, brilliant, and dedicated people. Culture is so-so, and occasionally there were dogs in the office.

Cons

There isn't much opportunity for advancement. Often external applicants are hired above you before you have the chance to apply to a new position. There is no middle management--only extremely well paid, high-level directors and poorly paid low-level employees. The organization has a poor company strategy. There is almost NO work/life balance, even for low-level staff. Burnout and turnover is high.
