The human capital at the school setting and the regional office is absolutely outstanding. Every single person that I had the privilege to work with were absolutely committed to our regional values and goals. Also, the professional development for teachers and regional members was unparalleled.

Cons

There could definitely be improvement in terms of more work-life balance; however, there are school leaders who completely empathize and recognize the opportunities for staff members to recharge and re-energize for the benefit of the students and community.
