      It's the first time for me to see something like what's happening here and it was quite an experience for me.

      Good work ethics is barely found in the workplace as everyone's trying to climb up to the top without thinking about who they're stepping on and hurting along the way. I see this as a result of the management establishing a very competitive environment.

      Learning experience in the field. start up company

      probably one of the worst places i have ever worked for. not to mention the owner was racist as hell and would make ruse remarks to everyone. I had to figure everything out on my own, no guidance. And expectation was that you had to stay until a weeks worth of work was completed
