Decent clients. I wish I could say the same about the management.

The toxic managers of Kitsch make everything harder for the employees. Why can't our supervisors act decently like our clients? It's hilarious that most of the stress and headaches that the employees experience actually come from our own management rather than our clients. The managers here are immature, selfish, and practically useless!

The torment of constantly losing team members because of unrelenting turnover was exhausting. Apprehension about the CEO's erratic choices made planning or feeling secure in the role impossible. Communication was scattered, leaving people second-guessing their tasks and priorities. The entire experience felt like being thrown into chaos without a life raft.
