I turn my cam off during meetings and just pretend I was there and attentively listening

Cons

The job is more than just a full time job but a full time responsibility and it' literally EXHAUSTING! Upper management isn't done with that and assigns more duties, other managers have been complaining of being overworked and fully stressed. But we were ignored and BLATANTLY LIED to! It's a lot more awful to think it's a remote position.

All employees of Kitsch hate dealing with the hostile and problematic leadership of this company. We’d rather deal with some of our worst and most demanding clients than with our leaders who always sound condescending and rude. They’re always hostile and speak to employees in a toxic and insulting tone.
