      We deal with excellent clients.

      Cons

      We have awful leadership here at Kitsch. It's extra difficult dealing with clients when you have leaders who don't know what they're doing. I often have to decide things on my own because letting the leadership decide only leads me to worse situations. I don't recommend this terrible company.

      Avoid Kitsch if you value your sanity and self-respect.

      Cons

      The micromanagement in this company is unbearable. Every move you make is watched, questioned, and criticized by people who have no idea what real leadership means. The ones in charge act like tyrants, constantly belittling and snapping at employees while refusing to offer even the slightest bit of guidance when it's actually needed.

      - Leadership at Kitsch is outrageous and suffocating, acting like control freaks with no sense of respect - They micromanage every move, stripping employees of independence and trust - Personal and professional boundaries are constantly trampled without a second thought - Conversations with leadership are dismissive, rude, and demoralizing, leaving employees feeling disrespected and powerless
