Pros

They have great clients that provide a different scale of projects.

Cons

Management is a complete mess; lacks leadership skills, and the ability to effectively run a business. Staff are overworked, under appreciated and burnout comes quickly creating a cyclical pattern of employees coming and going. Everyone leaves overwhelmed. All the negative reviews that people have put are 100% true, BEWARE.

Pros

Being able to commiserate with other employees occasionally.

Cons

Extremely toxic environment. You’re expected to be a mind reader and do five other jobs while also working your 60-hour work week. The level of stress was ridiculous and you will have no work-life balance. There be will no support or guidance when you ask for clear direction and more structure. You'll want clarity as the CEO changes her mind multiple times a day and wants completion within extremely unrealistic timelines. The owners act like they are down to earth but in reality, have huge egos that they protect by stabbing anyone in the back who respectfully questions them. There is an accusatory and inflammatory culture. You will make suggestions on process improvements, and they will be met with defensiveness and blame culture. Employees therefore do not speak up because it is so defeating, there is NO psychological safety. Worried about how you’re doing? Don’t fret they will tell you every negative thing you’ve done over and over again until they decide they’re ready to throw you in the trash for the next victim. Your strengths will not be built upon (real leaders do this) and your hard work will be thankless. Other review comments that I also experienced: they will work you like a dog, the CEO is manipulative and a control freak and will do anything to get her way, agreed that she also has a confused communication style, there is an unprofessional environment where the husband and CEO wife (owners) fight in front of employees, there is an undertone of shadiness, the owners play favorites.
