Most people here are involved in multiple projects, which can be beneficial for someone who has never done a project before.

Cons

Anyone who intends to work at Kitsch must know how toxic this place is. Most people here are fake. They lie blatantly to bring others down. So, you need to ensure that you avoid forming any emotional attachment with anyone. It's better not to work here if you are a sensitive person. The terrible people here can really hurt you.

Don't even bother with KITSCH. There's nothing to gain from working here.

Cons

Overwhelming workloads, and a controlling CEO is an awful combination. You'll be working long hours while trying insane deadlines. And it's hard to stay on schedule when the CEO insists on being involved with everything, make unreasonable demands, and meddle so much in your work. Unless you want to be frustrated every single day working here. I suggest you stay away from KITSCH.

The managers here at Kitsch are always reluctant to hear new ideas or perspectives, so employees aren't motivated to provide feedback anymore. Dealing with the close-minded management of this company is very frustrating.
