Kitsch is 100% Job Work/Life Balance, Management and colleagues are very supportive and friendly. I'm very happy that I'm part of KITSCH family. This is a great company to work with.

Cons

The company is growing so fast, it is hard to get to know the new people but management tries hard with team building exercises every Friday.

Our people are awesome, the team is some of the best and supportive colleagues. The company provides good training, different learning opportunities are available. I feel the ground beneath my feet hardening and becoming more stable. Safe place to work, extra protective precautions were implemented during the pandemic. It’s much easier to work when your employer protects you. I have great hours, great pay, and benefits.

Cons

Not for me, I’m not a big fan of sitting around and my work suits me fine. My work can be difficult  at times, but it is always challenging and rewarding.
