Fashion is my passion, so working here is a dream come true. I absolutely love our products, which makes selling them super easy. Most of the people on our team have a similar mindset so we have a great environment overall. Would definitely recommend applying here to anyone in fashion sales or trying to break into the industry. You'll learn a lot here!

Whatever positive reviews you might have read about the company, DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THEM. They're all written by employees threatened by management. My experience with KITSCH has been HORRIBLE, and applying for a position in the first place has been my biggest mistake!

Cons

Working for KITSCH was awful because of how toxic and hostile most of the managers were! They constantly bullied employees, forced them to meet unreasonable demands, disrespected their boundaries, ignored their well-being, and were overall just awful people to deal with! Things were even worse if you were a woman; aside from what I previously mentioned, they would make inappropriate remarks towards female employees, and they would also treat them as less competent than their male peers, regardless of their actual performance.
