      There were great talents here but lost the motivation due to the unprofessionalism.

      The teams were awfully stubborn due to the department managers who were full of arrogance, blatantly, uncooperative, and terribly difficult to work with!

      This place is a waste of talent. No pros!

      This company is being led by manipulative and unethical management. The managers of this company are some of the most awful and terrible people I've ever met. They blatantly lie to the face of the employees because they often get away with manipulating people. They also sometimes resort to fear and hostility in order to intimidate some employees.

      Pros

      Induction was nice, it prepared me well to perform my current duties. Friendly team, there are a lot of young people out there with incredible skills, passions and creativity. Work here to me is not only financial support, it provides me with a platform to push myself to strive for more. Since I started at KITSCH, I have learned a lot and it gives me something to keep me on track. My salary is quite good, it was revised after the first year.

      Cons

      It was a little uncomfortable at first, but eventually I gained confidence, because I love problem solving. If there is a problem, I will do anything to get it fixed quickly.
