Pros

Having been a Sales Coordinator at Kitsch for over a year, I can honestly say that this has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional journey. From day one, I've felt welcomed, appreciated, and valued - a testament to Kitsch's company culture that prioritizes respect, empowerment, and personal growth. The work environment is incredibly supportive and fosters collaboration. The open-door policy encourages open communication and the exchange of ideas across all levels of the organization. As a Sales Coordinator, this has allowed me to gain a broad understanding of the business and contribute to its success in tangible ways. Kitsch’s leadership is inspiring, consistently demonstrating a commitment to not just the company's growth but also the personal and professional development of its employees. Regular training sessions and workshops ensure that we are always learning and growing. The constructive feedback and recognition I've received during my time here have been instrumental in my career development. The product line is another point of pride - it's gratifying to represent a brand that values quality, style, and environmental sustainability. It's not just about sales but also about promoting a lifestyle of self-care and empowerment, which resonates with customers and employees alike.

Cons

While the pace can be fast, the emphasis on work-life balance is commendable. Management understands the importance of personal time and encourages us to take the breaks we need to avoid burnout. This balance has positively impacted my productivity and job satisfaction. Overall, I am proud to be part of the Kitsch family. It’s not just a job, it’s a community and a cause. If you are looking for an inclusive, innovative, and dynamic work environment where your work can make a real impact, Kitsch is the place to be.

Pros

The company provided an average salary. It wasn't a really noteworthy feature, but it was adequate for the work I was performing.

Cons

The CEO's confused approach to communication often left employees, feeling unsatisfied and unwilling to go the extra mile. The company had the potential to excel, but without clear and effective communication channels, it was easy to feel lost in the shuffle. The CEO's lack of transparency and failure to provide clear direction resulted in a disconnect between the company's vision and the actions taken by employees. It was disheartening to see such potential go untapped due to the CEO's unwillingness to address the communication issues head-on.

Working here is disastrous for your mental health

Pros

There are some truly fantastic, smart, fun people who work here. Although, most are leaving in droves.

Cons

The work environment is toxic. You need some serious mental fortitude to withstand the bullying to work 60+ hours a week, so don't count on having any work-life balance. There will be no thanks for going above and beyond either. Working here is disastrous for your mental health and emotional well-being.
