Pros

If you possess the outgoing, networking characteristics, it was one of the easier lucrative career paths to get into. Great commission. Nice people. Good work life balance.

Cons

Poor uper management structure, abusive behavior, disrespectful CEO. Overall, this company has a lot of potential, but recently they have been falling off the track. They fired and lost 70% of employees that were working there when I was a current employee. Leadership is horrible and they need a lot of training.

The company is in a solid financial position and can support career and salary advancement opportunities for each employee. Even in the global retail front, the company shows category strength. Internally, the company has an empowering culture where everyone is accessible. And I feel privileged that I get to represent the company in both domestic and international trade shows as it has been a great vehicle for me to build connections in the industry.

Cons

I enjoy working here and our shift to hybrid setup makes it even more delightful.

Company is driven and has a mission to be the best in the market. It’s a positive work culture, the team is dynamic and everyone works well together. Management are approachable and encourage our input and feedback. I’ve already gained valuable experience here and don’t plan on leaving!
