      Pros

      Work without micromanagement – I can contribute with my strengths as well as my personality, develop myself further and work independently. I also like being part of a dynamic, and friendly team, where fun and team spirit don't fall short. Clear responsibilities – the management is open for communication, also our teamwork is built on collaboration.

      Cons

      There are no two similar days in my work and it brings a nice variation. Interaction is a soul of this job and I have started to improve my communication skills.

      Pros

      Busy, but creative atmosphere, shared culture. Friendly team, this truly creates a family environment where everybody is ready to help. Learning support, professional development possibilities are endless. Feeling a sense of accomplishment when I am up against a deadline, it really motivates when my boss appreciates the work I do and thanks me for the hard work at the end of the day. Rewarding working environment, also I’m happy with my salary and benefits package.

      Cons

      Workload and pressure. It is my first experience. I may have felt overworked, but I took continuous, productive action to keep growing. It’s much better now, my work at KITSCH sparked my interest and creativity.
