My main problem here is the negative wrok atmosphere. The work environment here is too hostile and unwelcoming, especially for newer employees. You will have a very difficult time to learning in this company because of the hostile and unwelcoming, expecially for newer employees. You will have a very difficult time learning in this company because of the hostile managers and judgemental co-workers. You will learn a lot and feel challenged here. But all the cost of your emotional and mental well-being.

Let's start with the incompetent management who can't train to save their lives. has no idea how the pay system works, thus pay is always wrong. Communication is inconsistent and new action plans are thrown together so quickly that no one really knows what the focus is each week. When you ask for help you are ignored. Be prepared for your management to constantly belittle you. Go find yourself a better place to work. This place isn't worth your time.
