      Pros

      It's the first time for me to see something like what's happening here and it was quite an experience for me.

      Cons

      Good work ethics is barely found in the workplace as everyone's trying to climb up to the top without thinking about who they're stepping on and hurting along the way. I see this as a result of the management establishing a very competitive environment.

      Pros

      We have a good work atmosphere at KITSCH. I've never worked in a company with this much support before, the experience as a starter has been the best, honestly. The training provided and the team communication are excellent. Good conditions, a sensible compensation system, including performance-based bonuses. I feel deeply rewarded; it is the best I could ask for in a company.

      Cons

      The cons are high workload and occasional extra miles (usually discussed in advance).

      Pros

      I still had a good time working here and I'm proud to have had the opportunity to work with great and inspiring people from my team.

      Cons

      Recognation and appreciation from the management is a big motivator for me so the lack of it led to burnout and loss of interest. The management didn't know how to recognize their people's effort and hard work so it's sad.
