Pros
There is an innovative culture here that can be felt just being here. The people are highly motivated to grow the business and the people who work here, and it is contagious. Great opportunities for personal growth.
Cons
Sometimes I feel the lack of structure can inhibit the progression of projects and growth, though some of that might be inherent in a startup company.

Pros
You're constantly surrounded by talented individuals in each department. The leadership team is generous, involved and really kind. Each day at work can look different than the day before (especially in the innovation lab). We do lots of hands-on prototyping, testing and computer work.
Cons
Certain personalities are tough to work with, but ultimately the culture is great!
