- leadership is very connected to their reports and and genuinely invested in our well being - love that there is a culture committee, they are constantly working to improve our work environment - hybrid is where it's at. being able to work at home some days takes so much pressure off, especially on days like snow days etc. - THE PRODUCT IS SO FUN. i never thought i would be so excited about these shoes, but they really are great - huge momentum, Kizik is going places!! - very collaborative team, i feel very supported and rewarded for the work i do. one of their main values is "bigger than me" and it definitely shows! - funniest coworkers i know. I'm all about enjoying your work and its definitely encouraged here

- smaller company so still trying to figure out some processes - no formal HR currently - diversity could use some work
