Kizik has some great people and has a very start-up feel but has a huge growth and innovation mindset. They are making tons of innovations and footwear and working there was a lot of fun.
Cons
I felt very underpaid for what I did, but I realize they are a new company so hopefully they continue to pay better. They also didn't have benefits for most of the time I was there, although they are slowly rolling those out.
• As it is a small company it truly feels like a family.
• Being able to work with customers and experience the product first hand
• Being allowed to showcase personality within customer service to make conversations more personable
• Many opportunities for learning and development.
Cons
• Time off is not guaranteed as the staffing is limited but here and there it is possible.
• Benefits are not laid out clearly and a lot of clarification questions must be asked.
• As staffing is limited it can he hard to have questions answered but will be within 24 hours.
