Great Pay, wonderful to have only one boss to report to, great benefits, beautiful offices, probably one of the best working environments I have had.

Cons

fast paced environment, must keep your cool with sometimes demanding executives, visiting executives (from other companies) can be a little more difficult to keep happy.

Day to day management that protect harassers, IT issues, bad culture, pay, promotions of female employees seem slow, limited resources to do job, people who fake expenses and management that looks the other way, people constantly talking about not wanting to be there
