Pros

Smart colleagues in general. Free lunch offered in San Francisco office. Pay levels are decent if you have 4-5 years of experience. Amazing views from the office.

Cons

Employee burnout due to long hours and face time requirements. This has led to lots of turnovers. Too much politics at play and meritocracy is a joke. The head of one of the large teams got the job without any prior experience in the area tells you all. Very difficult to transition into another role. Options are to stay in the current role or to look for another job.

Benefits are good, nice offices.

Cons

Expect to be yelled at, lack of any feedback- even when you ask for it, horrible onboarding experience and absolutely no flexibility on working hours or understanding of work-life balance. No training, expect you to know or figure out everything on your own. HR did not provide any formal review or feedback and during the introductory period you can be let go for no reason at all.
