There’s always plenty to learn and Plenty to do. There’s always something new to challenge you. Worldwide travel too is a plus if you’re up for it.

Cons

Applications development is a dead end if you are at the India office. There will be no career growth at all unless you shift to the US where there will be visibility and the opportunity to do some real good work.
