Area of work is quite unusual. Decent pay. Good for job-seekers who want to work in their core areas.

Cons

Extremely unfair interview process. It seemed that either the interviewer is not competent enough or has already decided to go for a particular candidate and the interview is just a sham.

Decent initial salary and benefits . Very helpful peers and a healthy environment for work. Flexibility in your work schedule, if not in travel .

Cons

Salary increment is below average to average. No life outside work. Young people with families will find it very difficult to manage time. The skill set acquired is not transferable to other companies.

Cons

travel for some jobs ranges between 50 and 90% so not suited for employees with young families; old corporate design con is that the only way up is threw lots of experience and middle management stagnates
