Many employees have been there for a long time and many have been at the bottom of the food chain which then worked their way up!

Cons

No free food. Long hours if you are a part of manufacturing.

The people are great and easygoing. Also lots of opportunities to make overtime. The company has very great benefits too (paid gym memberships, and other perks).

Cons

Job has long hours and either you work really early or very late (day/night shift).
