      Top management has good business direction to keep company keeps going and remains competitive in future

      Cons

      Local senior manager likes to play trick and politics to strengthen his own survive. Too long time in same position and same product would be easier to play presentation trick. Small group owned people management style just like many other old-brand companies.

      Life in Testing is good, Life goes on, but may get bored after a couple of years. So far so good.

      Too much to do. sometimes work is overwhelming, its kind of tough to balance between work and life. Long hours.
