      The company is a highly process oreinted objective, strategy , task driven Rewards are management by objective. Success is measured in metrics and goal achievement.

      Cons

      Very little in the way of transformational leadership. Very few indvidiuals that are inspirational, partcipitive, or supportive. You either swim wuth the fishes or sleep woth them. Undercurrent of indviduals looking out for number one lack of true leadership

      1. Company's earning has been strong for recent years, and stock performance is impressing. 2. Most colleagues are technically strong and friendly.

      Cons

      1. Manager is horrible and good at micro management. He has been extremely rude to his subordinates since he became manager. 2. Employees were forced to travel during pandemic. If you express concern about travelling, manager would find many ways to make your life hard. 3. Upper management was competiting with each other on how many employees were on site during pandemic. So even during the worst time of pandemic, employees were forced to be onsite for no reason.

      Pros

      Some of the smartest people I have worked with.

      Cons

      Hugh bureaucracy, people are fired due to the politics of middle management. The higher ups have the least amount of technical education. The industry is cyclical and they will let you go with no notice.
