Extreme mis-management. I worked for Ebeam division. VERY mis organized, nothing is going smoothly, very stressful environment. Therefore the management was harassing the employees, while most of the management don't understand about the technical details. No clear communication, and lots of pressure and overload and having a disrespectful manager makes your life like a hell here. The pay is way lower compared to the workload and stress. Similar companies pay much more. Another thing, because of old-school type of thinking from management, there is no opportunity for growth. Most of the employees have been there for years and no promotion or raise. Even though the technology is very appealing but KT buys most of the subsystem from different companies and integrates them into their tools. So not much creativity if you're not involved with core design and fabrication of high-tech elements.

Very political, constant hiring and firing means that people spend more time ensuring you get laid off at the next down turn rather than them. Not the highest pay, like 10 to 15% below average. PLC is not stream lined. Instead people think that doing an excellent PLC documentation is more important than actually doing the work. Marketing has to get the YES answer or else the team is out of a job. So it is biased so that why the PLC does not work and is broken.
