1. Compansation Benifit 2. Lunch, Snacks & Office Cab facilities 3. Top Level Management is very good

1. Poor Work-Life Balance if you are working at KLA you don't have life after working hours . 2. Around 20% of all employees work life balance is non-existent because you have no life after working hours for others(80%) it is one of the highest and lavishly paid job because local employees are spending good time with family. 3. Location transfer impossible because local management not encouraging to setup offices other than Chennai location. 4. Favouritism inside organisation should be avoided managers are very supportive for local employees they are acting rude with outstation employees as if they are giving perks from their own pocket 5. Return to Office policy - Managers are forcing outstation employees to be in office they don't really care about your family.
