      Good place to work if Upper Management was better

      Pros

      Leading semiconductor company with strong market share Good teamwork and communication at local level and international

      Cons

      Upper and middle management out of touch with onsite teams, concentrated too much on squeezing more dollars out of everything. Rely heavily on senior employees to do extra work and do more new employee training for all the new hires with no experience since post Covid still opening up more but not fully ready to go back to in person/hands on training.

      Good culture in general. Collaboration is easier among groups.

      Cons

      Below-Average Compensation Doesn't recognize talent and ideas. By the time they are realized, it is too late. FaST Division has terrible management problem with severe talent loss. No Free lunch. FaST Division pays lower relative to other divisions.

      Company is always trying to reduce costs at employees expense, and managers are judged by how well they cut costs. Benefits are getting worse and worse every year
