      Pros

      - relatively stable - good training program

      Cons

      - Politics in middle management - Below market compensation. Mine is 15~20% below market, which is an extreme case, since I joined as NCG right before the salary freeze. But note that I got highest performance rating in ALL focal reviews so far.

      Pros

      It is located in Silicon Valley. There is a gym onsite with classes. It is a very process oriented organization.

      Cons

      Currentlly all legacy knowledge is being let go. Definitely a male dominated and heavy organization. They talk about the ten values of the company; but not many of them are followed.
