      - teamwork, everyone focus on their respective domain and chip in to solve any issues - salary is competitive and reviewed periodically when the industry is doing well - employee benefits is very good such as medical benefits, welfare etc.

      - due to the global team, sometimes need to work late/early to suit other time zones

      Pros

      Management is good. Constantly communicates with employees about the direction company is taking. Alot of autonomy given to us during work.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Singapore HR is stingy with benefits. That's all actually. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place to work in. Workload is high. But, you get used to it.
