Pros
It's(or was) a good company to start with after college. But they get you in cheap. You have to work hard for long hour. The time was good before the merge but went down hill afterward. You could gain experience at KLA and management supports all the training you want on job related or not. When you worked there after three or four years, the people came in with you were all gone. Let you feel it's time for you to leave. If not, you will be training the new guys with higher salery than you. Because they won't care once you are in.
Cons
It's very hard to get up the ladder.
