      Not a ton. It's a nice campus. Has a small gym. Close to a variety of restaurants.

      Cons

      Telecommuting is not generally an option. 401K is not that great.

      Pros

      All of the skills I've acquired through school and practical experience are applied, challenged, and refined on a daily basis. I am a better engineer today because of the KT environment.

      Cons

      Thick skin and the ability to think tactically are important. The solutions are rarely obvious, and the egos that are ready to punch holes in your ideas are many.
