      There are some really smart and nice people with super man level analytical skills. They are the star players, but rarely in management positions

      Cons

      If you are not a star player, someone's favorite or a big a*hole, chances are you won't get much from it.

      The focus has shifted from taking care of the workforce to growing the bottom line for investors. I'm not sure that is different from any other tech company around here, but it used to be different.
