      Pros

      Working benefits are good and work opportunities are high. Working environment is excellent and higher management are very well knowledgeable and open-minded.

      Cons

      Depends on the type of tools but there's few that much more complicated and will need more work time and dedication of labor. Personal and family time is sometime jeopardized.

      If you like Chip equipment industry and smart engineers around.

      Cons

      Very slow moving industry, lot of fat at the top and the middle. Classic bigco, semico issues wrt speed of product dev, decision making, red tape and politics.

      A lot of intelligent people. Cutting edge technology. If you get a great boss, things can be golden. A lot of opportunities for advancement for those who know how to play the game.

      Typical office politics, long work hours, high stress level. Cost cutting affects budgets for new equipment, software packages, salary increases.
