Very passionate employees, open-door policy, work ownership is great. Hard work will be appreciated. Very good employee benefits. Get a good exposure & gain a lot of knowledge. A very good management - Managers are ready to hear your issues & are ready to help in all means possible. The work culture is great too. This helps each employee to do their level best. It is one of the best company - no doubt in this - irrespective of division/job profile.

Cons

Growing up the ladder takes a very long time. This is not a big deal for some who just love their work & get paid well.

Cons

The usual large company burdens like lots of meetings, paperwork, and bureaucracy. Lots of forced time off but I was there during the bad years of that industry.
