      Too many managers , too many meetings (sometimes, meetings about meetings) Too many bosses Some managers need to take Interpersonal courses on how to deal with employees Did I say too many meetings and too many managers around?

      Pros

      - Very good environment from all points of view: people, facilities, food and etc. - Very challenging work - I hadn’t had even one boring moment. - A lot of opportunities and tools for self-development. - Very good compensation for hard work (I'm in Operations so have no idea what compensation methods are in R&D. I believe higher). - First time in my career I think that I'd like to work in this company forever (I have another 30 years to works).

      Cons

      - As in all companies this one sins in politics desicions and games. - Very strict policies. It is easier in Israeli companies to "bend" the rules. - Some managers are still selfish fools even comapny is working very hard on managers training.
