      OK Company : Work Life Balance can be compromised

      Pros

      slightly better pay than other product based companies. New grads are offered a good package initially. If you're from chennai / tamilnadu, it's a good company to consider. otherwise, think thrice. If you're lucky you could work on business critical problems and also get to travel a lot

      Cons

      Compromised work life balance. You'd be working lot more than other product companies. Immature and Incompetent Management. Most managers lack basic management skills. Pay for Performance is a myth. In certain cases, Talent is highly overrated, at least in India. If you heard you will get to work with highly talented people, it mostly means normal people who burn themselves out to solve customer escalations, and receive hefty packages.

      old corporate pay design; stock options, long term incentives, excellent health, dental, vision plans highly skilled work force; 85-90% MS/PhD; provides educative atmosphere

      Cons

      travel for some jobs ranges between 50 and 90% so not suited for employees with young families; old corporate design con is that the only way up is threw lots of experience and middle management stagnates
